We stand behind every HYDREN Pro. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email support@hydren.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
4. Drop off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.
5. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. International orders may be subject to return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@hydren.com with photos. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.

Warranty

All HYDREN Pro units come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your 60-day money-back guarantee.
