Getting started

How do I set up my HYDREN bottle?
Charge for 2 hours via USB-C. Fill with filtered or bottled water (not mineral water — minerals reduce hydrogen yield). Tap the power button once for a 3-minute cycle.
What water should I use?
Filtered, distilled, or bottled spring water gives the best hydrogen concentration. Avoid hard tap water and mineral water.

Cleaning

How do I clean my HYDREN?
Rinse the chamber daily with clean water. Once a week, fill with a 50/50 white vinegar + water mix, let sit 10 minutes, then rinse. Never use soap or dish detergent on the electrolysis plate.

Troubleshooting

Why isn't my bottle generating hydrogen?
Most often it's water quality (use filtered) or a dirty plate (run a vinegar cycle). If the LED won't light, charge for 30 minutes and try again.
The bottle smells like chlorine after a cycle.
Trace chlorine is normal with tap water as a byproduct of electrolysis. Switch to filtered water to eliminate it.

Warranty

What's covered by warranty?
1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Email support@hydren.info with your order number and a short video of the issue.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Standard US delivery is 3–5 business days, free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 38 countries. International orders take 7–14 business days and may incur customs duties at delivery.
